• One hour in-home consult/strategizing - $150
• Home and business organization:
  • Kitchen/bath/living/bedroom/office - $75 per hour
  • Attic/basement/garage - fee upon request
• Real estate services:
  • Initial consult with sellers including a written strategic plan (resources provided) $150
  • Preparing the home for photographs/listing and open house - $75 per hour
  • De-cluttering, purging & staging - $75 per hour
• Arranging for consignment & or donation of gently loved home furnishings and collectibles:
  • fees upon request.
  • Please note: I personally do not sell items or conduct estate sales.
• Packing and assisting in the physical move of a home or business - $75 per hour
• Setting up a new home or business space:
  • Unpacking, clutter free decorating - $75 per hour
  • Simple storage and organizational systems - $75 per hour
